Once you sign the engagement, we typically begin the onboarding process the next business day. We first send the initial invoice to be paid via Chargebee. Then you’ll receive an intake form to provide us with the right details and documents. From there, you’ll book a call with your onboarding team.
During your initial call, we’ll get to know one another and you’ll receive a complete needs list and project timeline. Onboarding timelines vary depending on the complexity of your need, but projects typically move from onboarding to ongoing accounting in 6 – 8 weeks.
